Payment
Orland Living ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical goods are dispatched or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of Amount
When using a payment card, debit or credit, an amount equal to the purchase is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop processes and dispatches your order. Once the order is dispatched, the money will be debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
For debit cards, you will see that the amount is reserved on your account and your available balance will be reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
Money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

Orland Living ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by external parties. Orland Living ApS's own website also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically within 8-10 business days, subject to stock availability. Orland Living ApS dispatches goods with the following: GLS - Private, Bring - Private (Evening Delivery). The freight is calculated based on weight. You can choose to have the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution". You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered. You bear any return costs. Desire for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed about your use of the right of withdrawal. The wish to use the right of withdrawal should be sent to Shop@orland-living.com. In the message, make it clear you wish to use the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Goods upon Return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon the cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount in return. It is up to Orland Living ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is given on products in accordance with Danish sales law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material, and manufacturing. Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be reported to Orland Living ApS in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived by incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Orland Living ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent. Complaint Options
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board. It is basically a prerequisite for complaining that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least 1,110 kr. and at most 100,000 kr. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least 720 kr. as a starting point. The financial limits may change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
